These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 6s live platform and all its services. "6s live", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to this website and all associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

If a user registers using a false age or identity, 6s live reserves the right to close that account at any time and withhold its funds. The platform may request identity documents at any time for age verification purposes.
To open an account on 6s live, accurate and complete information must be provided. The name, mobile number, and payment details submitted at registration must belong to the registering person. Registering using another person's information is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Your password should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact 6s live support immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification
6s live reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. As part of the verification process, a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each user may operate only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts using the same person, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Deposits and withdrawals on 6s live can be made through popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. Deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The same methods are available for withdrawals.

Before processing any withdrawal request, 6s live may verify the account details. Users are asked to withdraw funds via the same method used for the deposit. In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.
6s live offers various bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the bonus, i.e. ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Read the specific terms of the relevant bonus before claiming it.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise in separate terms.
- 6s live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If misuse of any bonus terms is detected, the account may be suspended.
This general bonus policy also applies to other 6s live promotions including the Weekly Recharge Festival, Cricket Dhamaka, and the Friday Special Reload. The specific wagering requirements and maximum amounts for each promotion are stated separately.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once a bet has been confirmed as final, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical issue, 6s live reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the funds. In the event of any dispute over a result, 6s live's decision is final.
6.2 Event Cancellation
If a sports event or game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the funds for the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account. 6s live will assess and determine the applicability of bonuses for cancelled events.
6.3 Reliability of Game Results
All slot and live casino games on 6s live are operated through third-party verified software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, etc.). Game results are determined entirely by a random process.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6s live. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Fraud, deception, or using another person's identity.
- Exploiting any technical flaw in the bonus system or games.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering or in a suspicious manner.

- At the user's own request.
- Due to prolonged inactivity (no activity for more than 12 months).
If there is a withdrawable balance at the time of closure and the account is not being closed due to a breach of terms, that amount will be returned to the user. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, balances derived from bonuses may be forfeited.
6s live is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party faults. The user is solely responsible for their own betting and gaming decisions.
6s live is not obliged to provide compensation for game losses or financial losses, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a technical fault on the platform. Such claims must be submitted to support with supporting evidence.
